Blackburn College, a private, undergraduate, coeducational institution with a unique student-managed Work Program, seeks:

Associate Dean of Work.Full-Time Position.  Collaborates with faculty, staff, and students in providing guidance and day to day oversight of Blackburn’s unique student managed Work Program.   The Associate Dean of Work is primarily a facilitator, who serves as a teacher, trainer, coach and mentor to students and helps develop these same skills and approaches in faculty and staff work supervisors across the college.  Additionally, the Associate Dean of Work oversees the work of the Office of Career Services and promotes experiential learning both within and beyond the operations of the Work Program.  Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred; significant responsibility in student development, training, career services, student affairs, or a related area expected; previous success in working with traditional age undergraduates highly desirable.  Duties will officially begin July 1, 2013.

Head Volleyball and Softball Coach -- Including recruiting, scheduling and fundraising.  The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the women's Volleyball and Softball programs.  The candidate will be expected to know and adhere to NCAA Division III rules and regulations.  Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred; successful college coaching experience expected; college teaching experience desirable.
