SUMMARY:IDEAs Challenge Celebration
DESCRIPTION:IDEAs Challenge Celebration \nStudents\, Faculty\, and Staff\, are invited to join the Diversity\, Equity and Inclusion office for their IDEAs Challenge Celebration. \nThis Celebration will take place on Monday\, December 5th\, from 4-6 pm in the Renner Art Gallery. \nThis celebration will combine displaying submissions and connecting with students who participated in the IDEAs challenge. The IDEAs Challenge was initiated and funded by a Blackburn alumnus who is grateful for the positive impact of Blackburn College on his values of diversity and inclusion. The deep friendships and understandings that resulted from his interactions with students of different ethnicities\, cultures\, and viewpoints are among his most valued lessons from his own Blackburn years. \nIDEAs Challenge submission types include; written essays\, original stories\, or poems; drawn\, painted\, or another piece of visual art; a performance of original song\, dance\, play\, or music. \nWe hope to see you all there to celebrate some of our amazing students and their IDEAs submissions.
