Blackburn College, a unique four-year liberal arts college with a student-managed work program invites you to apply for the role of Associate Athletic Trainer. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in organizing and administering all aspects of athletic training, including but not limited to the following: provide coverage, evaluation, and rehabilitation services for student-athletes involved in intercollegiate athletics, oversee the athletic training room, develop and manage budgets, supervise and schedule student work assistants, process insurance claims, handle hardship petitions, and maintain physical exam and health history forms, order and maintain athletic training supplies and equipment.

What You’ll Bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training, Kinesiology, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Certification by the Board of Certification (or eligibility), plus current NATA, First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications
- Passion for supporting student-athletes and fostering a positive, growth-oriented environment
- Candidates must be Licensed in the State of Illinois.
The salary range for this position will be $53,000-$57,000 per year. Blackburn College features a robust benefits package that increases the total compensation for this position to over $68,000. The provided benefits include:
