Head Women’s Flag Football Coach

Blackburn College invites applications for a dynamic Head Women’s Flag Football Coach to lead and grow our NCAA Division III program. The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to develop a championship-caliber team while leveraging Blackburn’s brand-new, state-of-the-art Athletic Center—a 42,000-square-foot facility featuring a fully turfed training area, ideal for year-round practice and conditioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for the Women’s Flag Football program.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor student-athletes, fostering success both athletically and academically.
  • Create a winning culture built on integrity, discipline, and sportsmanship.
  • Oversee scheduling, travel, budgeting, and compliance with college, conference, and governing body regulations.
  • Engage with campus and community to promote program growth and visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Demonstrated success in coaching and recruiting at the collegiate or high school level.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for developing student-athletes and supporting them on their journey.
  • Commitment to building a nationally competitive program.

The salary range for this position will be $50,000-$55,000 per year.
