We are currently seeking an experienced HR professional to lead and manage a wide range of human resources functions as an HR Manager to support the college’s mission and goals.
Role Overview:
The HR Manager will serve as the primary administrator for all HR operations related to benefits, payroll, employee onboarding and offboarding, recruitment, policy development, and compliance. You will collaborate with leadership, department heads, and committees to ensure that HR practices are aligned with the college’s needs, federal and state regulations, and best practices. This position offers a dynamic role, where you will have the opportunity to manage HR systems, implement and improve training programs, and provide guidance on various employee-related matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Minimum three years of experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Accounting skills strongly preferred.
- SHRM-CP certification preferred.

The salary range for this position will be $70,000-$75,000 per year.
