  • Blackburn’s tradition of attracting top students is in part a result of a comprehensive financial aid program of academic scholarships, grants-in-aid, loans and its nationally recognized Work Program. These programs provide Blackburn students with the opportunity to obtain a quality private education with minimum out-of-pocket expense. As a NCAA Division III college, athletic achievement is specifically excluded when awarding financial aid. Through a process called “packaging,” Blackburn College will combine all grants, scholarships and loans for which you are eligible.

    Apply for Financial Aid

Don’t wait to apply for financial aid by filing a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Blackburn’s priority deadline for filing the FAFSA is February 1st to gain maximum benefit. Students filing the FAFSA after the deadline date will be awarded financial assistance based on available funds.

Blackburn College’s school code for the FAFSA is 001639. For more information about scholarships, grants, and loans available at Blackburn College, please contact the Admissions Office or the Financial Aid Office at 800-233-3550.Submit your FAFSA online at
