A competitive program that offers some experiential learning to prepare students for a career in any area of business.

Business Management majors gain a strong foundation to adapt to any organization’s processes. Students learn how to perform the most utilized business tools, gain knowledge not only through traditional learning but also through the use of simulations, experiential learning, projects, and field trips.

Most projects in management classes are hands-on projects either trying to solve a problem as a manager or working with local business owners to better learn how businesses operate and the skills necessary to be successful.Students experience exercises that teach them how to deal with people from all different types of backgrounds in order to maximize productivity from their subordinates.

The department has a 96% placement rate within 6 months of graduating and students start around $40,000/year in their first job.
