Human Resource Management Apply For Free

Human Resources plays a critical role in the world — because people are truly the only thing that differentiates one business from another. HR professionals contribute to business growth and success by effectively managing an organization’s employees.

Blackburn’s Human Resource Management programs give you a strategic approach to effectively managing people in an organization or company as to help their business gain a competitive advantage. You will learn the practice of managing people to achieve better performance.

A Bachelor of Arts in Business with an emphasis in Human Resource Management degree program fully aligns with the SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) HR Curriculum Guidelines. Students may earn the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional designation (SHRM-CP). In addition to completion of the Human Resources Management emphasis, completion of 500 hours experience must be completed. To complete these hours, students must work with the Certification Coordinator—Professor of Business and Management.

In every class, you are given a project as well as learning through traditional learning methods. Projects range from traditional papers to collecting data and analyzing business functions that potentially are implemented in various departments on campus. Additionally, classes taught help prepare students for the business world or who wish to go on for their MBA
