Blackburn is seeking proposal submissions for a residence hall project, which includes electrical, flooring, ventilation, and more.
Bids are due no later than September 19, 2024, at 5:00 pm CT at the Physical Plant on the Blackburn College campus. A pre-proposal meeting will be held on August 26 at 10:00 am in Stoddard Hall.
