The Office of Marketing and Public Relations is responsible for producing all external engagement for the College. This department creates promotional materials (brochures, posters, advertisements, etc.), produces and publishes (press releases, news stories, feature stories, college magazine), maintain institutional social media channels and website.

The Center for Teaching & Learning (CTL) advances Blackburn College’s educational mission by supporting a community of diverse educators. The CTL promotes professional learning through progressive, evidence-based pedagogy and the development of learner-focused classrooms, hosting regular events, including informal luncheons, professional learning shareouts, and occasional workshops.
