Campus Clinic

Blackburn Medical Clinic, in coordination with the Macoupin County Public Health Department, offers health services on campus.

  • Sick Visits, Lab Visits – Feeling crummy? Get tested for COVID, Strep, and Influenza, and talk to a medical provider through a medical telehealth application to get antibiotics and other services you may need.
  • Pregnancy Screenings, STD testing and treatment, Sexual Health Visits – Get private help pertaining to any of these items. Talk to a provider for birth control visits, medications, etc!
  • A Whole Lot More – Individuals can visit with nurse practitioners and physician’s assistants can get a lot of what is done at a doctor’s office, virtually right here on campus!

For emergency care, Carlinville Area Hospital is located 2 miles away from the Blackburn College campus. Hospital services include imaging services, a full-service laboratory, therapy and rehab services, and a 24-hour emergency department.
